This is a really garbage chapter and something I've noticed with this novel is the author does random time skips and fails to give any indication. Like you mentioned with the women in the room. No clue whether they're still in the room or not. Author is also super inconsistent with the information. However regarding the incident about the shower I think that's due to her:
