I say no but yes because one they will each have memory’s of their time together but not the feels so when they are together it can be like a archer pull it them together. No is that the romance between the two is more then enough and commonly doing that time it’s one partner. I can go either or up to you.
I've also kind of been contemplating if maybe when I do or if I ever eventually get to FGO should have all the other Saber/Artoria's be with William. I thought of not doing it and have even responded to someone asking this once but I figured I should ask for your guy's opinions.

First it depends on the anime you want to crossover and then if that anime can fit the story you want to make because can work with danmachi but others can’t. Like others said fate can work because of hero’s and in danmachi or you can do omake. Then write story’s about what if scenarios that could have happened. Also you can add characters but they should not be as story as their story counterparts and just have their looks then you can level them up or have a new deity in place for them.
