The fake backstory stated that, he was murdered in his childhood by an insane criminal. When his thirst for justice altered the reality, he returned from the grave. After which, he was enraged that the system and law didn't get him justice. He located the criminal and gave him a thorough beating. And then took up the mantle of 'Spider-Man'. He was a masked vigilante, fighting against corruption and injustice in the city.
