I'm pretty sure it was made and taken care of by Charles beckendorf, and once he died it was Leo that took care of it, though I could be wrong. There wasn't much info about it, and since he didn't appear in the first part of PJ and the Olympians, I summed it was because Charles was not done or something.

Not exactly. Firstly, it is a Chinese story which automatically means that it is trash (yes, I read it and can confirm that it is indeed trash). Secondly, it follows a self insert who successfully kidnapped Hinata, while this one is about Hinata herself after being kidnapped (well, the self insert who got shoved into her body)
Again evil mc (yeah, I love evil mcs, sue me). Basically the attempt to kidnap Hinata is successful and the mc has to deal with being the byakugan princess in a village that really, really hates hyugas.

Well, wether you go by the books or by the show, one person is definitely out of that list (in the books, Tyrion is definitely evil, and in the shows Daenerys - and yeah, burning a city is evil). Then there is one persons on that list who is dead, so... only Jon.
MC is reincarnated as Viserys Targaryen in his third life, his second life he was reborn as Azula. Basically GoT but taking a lot more from the books and the mc is a firebender. Kind of evil mc, but it is GoT so everyone is evil there.

Oh, what I meant is that she will never reach the level of beings like Chaos or Nyx, but she will most certainly be powerful. She will be a genuinely strong demigod (not with the raw power of ones like Percy and Jason), but stronger than the top tiers like Clarisse, by the time cannon arrives. Honestly, can't say anything else without giving spoilers, but she will be pretty powerful.

From what I understand, it's not that the path itself is useless but rather that it closes once there is a sorcerer of that true magic. There hasn't been any sort of mention about it, but I think it makes sense for that path to reopen should the sorcerer of said magic die. It would make sense since the Einzberns created homunculi to search for the third true magic in an attempt to rediscover the path, which shows that it should be possible.

Hahaha, well I get the feeling too do't worry. The next chapter is basically a meeting between gods, which will hopefully explain a bit of what is going on through their dumb skulls, and the chapter after that is time skip. Don't really wanna spoil, but it will be a 1 year time skip to Luke's quest, some things happen, and then there comes another time skip.
