The math depends where you are from, in the U.S. 1 billion is equal to 1,000 million in Spain. I am not sure if trillion would convert to quadrillion but or if it would decrease because I don't know which system you are using and I don't feel like doing the math. I do feel as though 20 quadrillion may be a little high though. P.S. I am not trying to be rude or say you are wrong, I am just trying to point out the possibility for why he had a different answer.

(Only a student and only know physics because of having an interest in it. I will speak as though what I am saying is correct. If I make mistakes feel free to correct me.)Our current knowledge of the universe is very limited. We have multiple theories about the shape and the nature of our Universe. One of the most famous theories is that the Universe is infinite and that there is nothing outside of it. If that theory is correct, that would either disprove your theory that the universe looks like, or is, a black hole from the outside, or it would show that this universe is the biggest, the one at the top of the hierarchy, with the sub-universes being our blackholes.
4. As there can be many blackholes inside a universe which is also a blackhole, we can consider a heirarchical model of universes i.e. there exists universes inside universes and their must be some constrains on it for the stability.
