well, I will leave the vulkan interaction a secret for now, but I can say magnus will not be getting those tomes being his legion is shattered and being re educated on terra so while it does take a interesting point from the original lore I don't think it will match up with what the emperor is going to give him
I've been quite busy lately with work, my gf and reading 40k to try and stay caught up on lore and ofcource to also think of ways to avoid a copyright lawsuit. I've not dropped this story but fair warning to any wants to make one pre 40k it takes alot of research and to those who might ask why it wasn't in the volcano like the original, I just want to say this was brought on early due to the Mc.

nope, I have a few warp shenanigans to help with that as their is a reason I mentioned the lion was near the eye of terror.
sorry for the long wait. I was quite busy with work but any way I just wanted to let yall know the next chapter would be a info dump but geared towards what has changed in the legions from cannon, and a few were unwritten like konrad telling lorgar of the warp but now I realize to those not used to 40k lore would be quite confused so the next one should help tell where some primarchs stand.

not likely since most planets in the ghoul stars are night worlds or dead ones, making it near uninhabitable for most humans without proper mutations like the nostramans.

I highly doubt I have the same level of population as you do for each of said planet, but I'm sure you all noticed how the sector feels off. well I was more so referimg to get from the east side of westeros to the west not going into the north. I'm going to treat it like most Southern rivers which for most of its banks are swamp land but in the middle is just deep enough for most boats
Author note: Later in this chapter, I would mention crossing under the twins as a way to get across westeros and the reason for this is said that the only way to cross south for the northerners is to cross the twins which is based off the London Bridge and this tied together with other things around the neck its rivers should be deep enough for ships due to how a floating castle is able to sustain itself and be movable so their must be enough space for a fleet to move across the neck.

well if the other gods were real would they truly stand idle with one of them summoning a blank slate champion that's guaranteed to never betray them. No if something was not agreed upon they would likely summon their own champions so just being realistic. plus he didn't lose his meta knowledge only the truly advanced things stuff that would bring revolutions

they will be on the other side because if I remember house manderly being close to the shivering sea which is also the only port the north truly has so it means its the only place to get supplies when raiding very far north.

it's a ability from blade and sorcery and it has a bonus of while active boosts his strength
Lifting a shield, I block a blow of an arrow fired from a northan archer from the hill, and with a scowl, I shout for the men to kill faster. Charging in, I decapitate a praying greenlander with my axe and cut the arm off of another that tries to rise a defense. Shield bashing the screaming man into another I knock three men to the ground and activating the time stop I drive my axe into one's chest and grab their sword and skewering the other two men together as time resumes. With a gurgle of their own blood, all three die within seconds and pulling my axe from the chest of the dead man I charge to the next victim. Seeing one in full plate killing my men, I choose him as the next target, and as I get closer, I see he bears the armor of the red guard and knowing their skill I ready my shield and I'm glad I did as soon as I got closer he swung his mace in a wide arch at me but is blocked by my shield but said shield flies out of my hand into the mud. Activating my ability again, I throw two daggers, each going for the knee joint and quickly deactivating it. I see the man fall to his knees with a scream muffled by his helm and silenced as I pick up a dirk from the ground before driving it into his visor port, killing the man.

all of westeros know the ironborn still raid, so him saying it aloud but not mentioning the target would only net them suspicion and get then tailed. and a hint for the target is its not part of the 7 kingdoms

yes, but is it in character for Magnus to accept any criticism, and the whole eye thing happened before he was found so he would still believe himself superior in warp lore till it was too late.
