The author nerfed Yamamoto power at 60%, and the whole fight between mito and mc should have ended in one chapter but it keeps getting dragged. Mito getting nine tail power is a joke to Naruto's pain and journey throughout the series. if you want to Nerf mc power then you shouldn't make him strong, it's quite annoying.
