I was thinking for these recent chapters that the author is going to make the two young masters fall for him(the friend in the disguise) and use them to get the thing from the auction. The classic simp move of giving everything to a hot girl just for attention. I do agree that these few chapters have been unnecessary but it could be taken as comedic relief.

Not just trial reads the entire site, especially the ones that are ranked. Most mods/authors just delete the 1-star reviews even if they aren't spam and the leave the 5-star spam ones.

Only at ch29 but I am going to go ahead and say yes for the most part, there are multiple women around the MC that like him (or sleep with). Another thing to mention is that there is Yuri action that is a turn off for many readers, mainly the way it is portrayed. And if you have not seen already, it is a dark/evil mc and progressively gets darker, at least that’s what the author said.

The novel is actually good my only issue is why does it lock after 20 chapters?

I am like 95% sure China refers to pandas as their national treasure/symbol/animal(?). Looking at other reviews nobody has mentioned any nationalistic views.

So, I have read because why not, anyways there are like 3 nationalistic instances so far at chapter 95. On chapter 95 the nationalism is just extreme lol. Slight spoiler (MC sets/blocks trading for foreigners and anyone who were rude to his Country).

I am currently at chapter 143, and I do no hate the mc's group or harem, but I do feel like they are just getting dragged along with him. Like I know they might play a role later on or die off but where I am at, they are all kind of useless and hollow(?). I am going to continue to read as I mean I already got past the hard part and what not. Maybe by 317 where you were at the time of writing this, they got their own arcs but for any other readers we got to wait a little to actually connect with them.
