Basically just means anything that tries going into or messing with his soul or mind gets infected by his soul/mind, Doesn't have to be overpowered but can be used to deter enemies of the same level or slightly lower. As for the body part, basically, any fluid that leaves his body auto decays/vanishes after a time and if someone were to somehow preserve it then it would turn extremely poisonous and infectious.

A passive one would be Divine heritage, which could be a passive ability that unlocks his bloodline or power as he gets stronger (like class advancement but for his blood) and it gives him boons as he gets stronger.
