At this point the story deserves a glowing five stars because of how much it's bringing me laughter and joy.

You use the word "and" too much and in places it shouldn't be. Don't start sentences with "and". Other than that I don't see any major problems with the grammar.

The Shadow clone jutsu only transfers back the MENTAL experiences, not the physical. So the only thing you could train is jutsu and intelligence related things. Any physical training is wasted.

So basically a combination of doflamingo, sasori of the red sands, and then kakuzu? He has the thread abilities of doflamingo, he will become a puppeteer with a multitude of strong puppets like sasori, and he will have multiple "hearts"(devil fruits) to give him extra abilities but in the form of separate entities like kakuzu. Seems actually pretty cool.

I'm not happy. I can't be expected to be happy when a bunch of crybabies going wah wah woe is me harms a child and gets what equates to a slap on the wrist. They literally cut her up so much that she was covered in bleeding wounds, while sealing her in a place that kills everything that enters and can't naturally survive it. And to make it worse is they were a bunch of hypocritical idiots that teamed up with the same species that caused their problems. And then the final cherry on top is they were going to destroy the world out of some idiotic thought that some regular dragon slaying liquid could harm great red, and then they would even be able to get close enough to cause said harm. And in the process of all this they would also enslave an innocent mother to essentially kill herself and her child by allowing this to happen or be killed by them anyway.

Hiruzen already told them about him being the jinchuriki, so you kinda made a plot hole by acting like Itachi didn't know and ask a question that was already answered when he asked the first time.
