let's all be honest, Humans almost always attack peaceful nations & take them over & only pull out diplomacy when it's another warring nation. And they only go to war with them if A) they are significantly weak target B) if they are of similar power & going for a resource both sides want or C) have wildly similar ideological ideas but call them something slightly different....
It was no different from the times when Lu Ze was on Earth. It was still diplomacy but with more focus on violence.
