If you keep him in Shota, we aren't Bros anymore. Lol kidding. Not really fondness with Shota concept but I think it's a good form to use in his home and can transform into older when he goes to important meetings and doing 'stuff'.

Attempting to transform into an older, more mature version of the ogre around their early twenties, Rimuru felt his magicules straining to accommodate the change. The reflection that stared back at him was that of a ruggedly handsome ogre with darker skin and a fierce demeanor, well-defined muscles, and small fangs protruding slightly from his mouth. The resemblance to Souei was unmistakable, given that he had used his DNA as a basis for the transformation.

Honestly, business was a bit too good. I ended up having to hire Didi on as a waitress to help me manage everything. She was a sweetheart and even the grizzled henchmen from Gotham couldn't help but take a liking to the kind goth girl who served them alcohol.
