I am glad to know I am at least in the ballpark of your vision of this story and where it is going. I know I have no idea who is pulling the strings of fate around this character, but it is getting good...Also glad you let me know....I am betting you were surprised I was that close.....I am enjoying the story so keep it up and kudos to your story....I find it entertaining.

Well now he is up to 550 chapters, but still catching up....I am on the worthy quest arc atm....Currently on mini dungeon 2 of 7 and I do wonder about a few things, but I can't stop the story...hope you are enjoying it as much as me.

I see what you are going with it, but in my take in how you wrote the story, I have realized a few things....For starters he still exhibits traits of both humans and demons alike, but it more reserved on the use of emotions like love because of the betrayal so he still is both in mentality and there is a inner conflict within him. To add persepective to where I am, I am in the arc where Ashra is in the worthy quest on the second mini dungeon. Another thing I have notice is the concepts of the prophecies. I have seen a corilation with the human prophecy, the demon prophecy, and Isola's people's prophecy.....They are all tied and centered around Ashra/cedric whether directly or indirectly. This corilation tells me there is some sort of in between divine force at work towards him. Also the dead demon king giving him some sort of power and being responsible for his reincarnation into a demon using the souless vessal. Also the ties to Sitri has gotten me wondering and her I,D that sleeps in her and dormant. She knows him and there is a veiled hint of her love for him. The ties that Roweena, Sitri, and Isola so far are telling me they may have a part in the ties of all of these prophecies in some way. I may be looking too deeply into it, but I may be looking through your eyes for all I know. Please tell me......Am I close to the mark on this Resurgent?.....I am extremely curious...No details are needed....I just want to know if I am at all close to the mark of the intent of your vision of this story or not....I hope you can tell me and the others...Also lovely story....Still going through the story and wondering how many more women are gonna be joining his perverbial harem....keep it up....The story is very amazing to read.

from how far I am in, the first maid is Amelia which is the only one that stood by him through thick and thin and the second one id Delilah which came under his employ after she was defeated as swift death at the first dungeon Roy conqoured.....a side note is Amelia is slit and slender with C cup breasts and ample plump ass and curvy hips while Delilah is even more athletic and her ample bust is on the DD cup size and and a curvey butt with nice birthing hips.....so yeah the 2 are with him remain with him lol.

that is a broad statement considering there have been alot of good authors in the past. for starters a author named Linsdey McKenna. She written the entire Morgan Mercenary Series and trust me there are a few dozen in this series....point is no need to ass kiss to get your point across....although I do agree she is a telented writer, but I am not gonna go over the top in saying that.

Well I can safely say that my perspective is that the protaganist or in some people's eyes antagonist is one that made him what he is because of betrayal through and through. He sacrificed so much for his planet and the humans from demons and what he got in return was fucked over six ways from sunday and betrayed by his guild and his love interest. At this point being reborn in the demon world was a second chance or maybe a punishment.....one can only imagine which one it is. Suffice it to say the bottom line is in this story, he became like he was due to betrayal from everyone he protected and cared for. In essence he is the way he is due to circumstances of people and decisions made. Whether there is a actual prophesy or not remains to be seen. For all I know, they said this to make a excuse to kill him to gain the fame of killing the demon lord and dragging his name in the shit like that would turn any honest man into a vindictive dick like him right now. To top it off, most in the demon world are just re enforcing this vindictiveness to the extreme to the point he may end up becoming the new vengeful demon lord.....That is my perspective of the main character here. I look at things from the persepective of the events of the main protaganist and this is the conclushion I came up with....That is all I can say about this.
