'Pycelle is a man who likes drinks and beautiful women, as does Robert… The only difference between them is that one of them is a scholar, while the other is a warrior.'

Thanks for the chapter! I think he's overestimating Eddard Stark's cunning a bit too much hahaha. I'm pretty sure Ned would never think that far ahead or come up with such a complex plan. That's always been one of his defining traits: his honor and sense of duty are exceptional, but political cunning has never really been his strong suit. Unfortunately, when it comes to power plays and intrigue, he's usually far more straightforward and predictable than he realizes.
Your idea of developing antidotes is a really good one! If the author isn't familiar with how such treatments were originally developed, it might be worth looking into the work of Albert Calmette and Vital Brazil. Calmette developed the first widely applicable antivenom serum, while Vital Brazil revolutionized the field by demonstrating the need for species-specific antivenoms. What's particularly interesting is that both of them used methods that would be relatively plausible given the technological level of the era in which the protagonist lives. The only issue I can see is that such antidotes might not work against alchemical poisons, magical curses, or toxins created through entirely different chemical processes. In that case, the protagonist would probably need to develop completely new approaches to deal with those kinds of threats.
I have a question that I'd actually love to see the protagonist test in the future. For example, what would happen if he treated an animal? Let's say he healed a broken wing or leg of an eagle. Could he gain any of that species' traits or abilities as a reward? In the eagle's case, for instance, its eyesight is four to eight times better than a human's, and it can even perceive parts of the ultraviolet spectrum. If he treated one, would there be a chance for him to acquire similar capabilities? I think that would be a fascinating possibility to explore, and it could open the door to a wide variety of unique abilities beyond those he would normally gain from treating people.
'Uh! Now I want to leave this fortress and go punch the first annoying extra that appears in front of me!' Myles thought as his eyes began to feel heavy.

He could potentially turn to his own bastards as donors, but that would still be a risky gamble. Sharing blood ties does not guarantee blood compatibility, since their blood types could be different, not to mention the Rh factor
'If it exceeds half a liter, we will be in trouble. Besides the fact that blood transfusions are not yet feasible in the world today, as we lack the means to store blood properly and transport it, we also haven't had the time… Furthermore, it would be even worse in this situation. Robert does not have a compatible blood donor here. The children he has here in the fortress are not legitimate children, and his brothers have already fled the Red Keep by this point.'

Thanks for the chapter! The fact that the king is still so strong despite the injury he suffered is actually a very positive sign. After all, the better his physical condition and ability to withstand the effects of the wound, the greater his chances of survival. I'm curious to see how his recovery will unfold. And if he really does survive, the big question is: what will happen when he finds out the children aren't actually his? Hahahah. I have a feeling that revelation would cause far more damage than the injury itself.

I have to admit, it makes me a bit uneasy seeing him walk around with that much money without even carrying a knife or dagger for basic self-defense. All it takes is running into the wrong person in the wrong place for that fortune to start attracting trouble. I'm not saying he needs to go around armed to the teeth, but having some basic means of protection seems like nothing more than common sense.
