I'll have him interact with the Khaos Briggade at the beginning. Not necessarily out of loyalty to Rizevim, but because of Chap 1's remote bomb. After he is done with the bomb he can get out of the Khaos, it will be way earlier than the main timeline. If we consider that Vali was a member of the Khaos too, then he can also helps in the event that happened off screen of Vali taking Arthur and Le Fay from Cao Cao's Heroic Faction. It could be a nice mini arc.
