For something you can give him to get stronger over time, you could give him a one-piece physique. You could even upgrade it to fish-man, giant, then big mom. That way, he can exercise to get stronger and upgrade it for a bunch of points when he gets them while still having a reasonable amount of strength compared to the strongest monsters. but if you do, make sure to leave out the navy's 6 styles and haki, or he would be too strong.

we don't know what a female from frieza's species would even look like, so you could just leave frieza as is and say that frieza was always female. you could make toji attracted to frieza purely due to strength. maybe even pull the baki everyone weaker than me is female, and leave frieza as a male that toji treats as female.

story has an interesting premise of slapstick comedy makes MC stronger the problem is that the put him in hueco Mundo. The only place in bleach where there is nothing interesting except fights. Then they never have him have a real fight. I would suggest starting the story over in soul society where there would actually be things for him to do other then fall over in different ways. you could also add a lot more depth through how the other people interact with and have to clean up after his stupid idea's. maybe throw in some guilt for making a mess of things while having to continue to get stronger. Just some ideas. They might add something like that in the future but as is all he does is find new ways to fall over, annoy hollows, and build sand castles.
while I understand not being able to choose. your going out of your way to make him a good guy and having a harem would counter that
Unless I missed something, they still haven't changed the part where nothing living can enter the gray mist, which would kill the monster. I imagine that would notably damage research value.
