Hopefully, Rictus won't take a mysterious arrow in the back like some lovely minotaur did when fighting.

His blush only deepened at that. Rictus really hoped he was decent with the crossbow and didn't cause any additional problems. It really was Rictus's own fault for not checking earlier about it. He only hoped Smith could take care of himself and stay safe. It would really suck if the Smith died during this little expedition. The Restored still had uses for him.

Sporting a small smile, Serana left Rictus sitting there. It seemed the time for going to the Soul Cairn had finally come. He would be lying if he said he wasn't worried about it. Lots could go wrong there. It needed to be done though, and besides maybe Mirajane, he didn't think there was a better person for the job than him. As one of his favorite doctors once said, "Had to be me. Anyone else would have gotten it wrong."

It is talked about at the end of chapter 68. But he was going to investigate the Thalmor who are potentially the perpetrators of the attacks on the merchants they were hired to guard in the north western part of Skyrim. Alsonhe was going to see if he could get more details on the Emperor death.

I do have to apologize if the writing with her seems a little forced. Romance or relationships are not really my area of expertise, especially writing about them. So, I will take all the advice or critics I can get with that kind of stuff.

Ken was the old man who is the 2nd in command of the Restored, the first companion of the mc, and is for all intents and purposes he is Rictus's best friend. He also is the one who got the single handed Skill.

It is a fantastic read, but you just have to keep reading to enjoy it because there are some parts that will upset you or not sit right with you. However, the issues are uniquely settled. So, that is why you have to just keep reading to see the bigger picture and to see that is epic tale is truly epic and well worth while.

Story is captivating and well put together. Some of the characters seemed to change weirdly after the first season, but even with that it is still great.

Great for a nice relaxing read. It has good comedic parts without over doing it. It combat is unique and well explained for the most part. The MC's actions are reasonable and explained. If you can ignore all the Author's grammatical errors, the story is well written. Author is open to ideas about the way to proceed with the story.
