Would you not drag your sibling or a child to the doctor if there was something wrong with them even if it meant that you have to drag them there. He did not tell his own sister something so important just because he supposedly felt uncomfortable and embarrassed? I mean I get that that's something hard to tell and I do feel some sympathy for him, but this is the world where literally giant mutated animals are roaming around and people literally don't know what is happening and what is dangerous or not! I think that there are more important things right now to put into consideration rather then whether you are embarrassed or not. I mean beating him up is harsh and all but I do also understand why she is so upset, I mean if my brother were not tell me something so important while I have been worried sick about him and his well being I would be upset too.
Looking at her younger brother with murderous look, she was seriously considering whether it was fine for her to beat him up until he was unrecognizable or not. After all, he was also her younger brother.
