I disagree, any lesser (with the exception of Cecilia) is far outclassed in term of a mana mastery against even a weakest asura. Arthur on the other hand has the advantage with aether. Think of it like in avangers: Thanos with a gauntlet - Art with aether Wanda with her chaos - scythes with decay Wang - any other mage (versatile but completely outclassed)
