Then can any of y'all name another ninja who went from being a clanless nobody from a civilian background, without a special physique or a bloodline limit, that started off with average chakra reserves and just the basic academy training, that went on to become a world-class medic and an upper kage-level ninja that can casually destroy mountains with a punch and be able to throw down with literal gods and demigods in less than 3 years? Don't worry, I'll wait. 'Cause the answer is y'all can't. The only one that might've fit the description is Minato, and he couldn't pull that same shit when he was 15, so the answer is still no.
