Can the author please think of a plot mechanic that's not having her kidnapped?

isn't the dragon like 15 years old ? The demon witch doctor received him after Huanguan died and she came back 15 years later even if you took into account it took him a couple years to hatch the egg after this time that would put him in his mid to late teens

it would be important to note that he technically failed to save her life so her promises meaningless as he failed to uphold his end of the bargain

Her stupidity isn't cute anymore I know we have the "readers perspective" but I'm starting to wonder how she didn't get herself raped and murdered in the real world let alone the beast world.
