I've never done a review on this site, but this story has compelled me to do so because it is such an enjoyable read and I'm scared that if it doesn't get enough support that the author might drop it. I would say for this story, its best strength is in its writing quality but that's not to say that it loses out on all other fronts. Its written in a way that feels like you as a reader are watching a playthrough of someone playing persona but set in the world of RWBY, which surprised me in how fun it is to actually read. For the story development, I would say it's decent since of course it's a fanfiction, though it does have unique way of approaching the team creation portion of RWBY. For its characterization, for the most part their personalities are quite accurate to canon. The updates are quite stable but don't expect daily updates since these things take time to maintain the quality, there are certain days of the week when it updates. Lastly, the world background is a bit hard to rate since obviously its still in it's early stages, but so far, the way the author has blended elements of the persona series to the world of RWBY is really great. That's all.
