As an American, I conpletely agree that suburbs are an enormous waste of space. I much preferred the more closely packed style I saw when I lived in Europe.
However, this one was even older. Many were single houses from the times when people still insisted on wasting space to live alone or only with their family in a single, small building. There were even some buildings with historic architecture that reminded of otherworldly cities like Chrona.

Bro made a character before he could think of a name. been there
Her name was –not important. Bertram pulled out a magical employee contract that eased Seth´s doubt in leaving his stuff with her. It actually worked similar to those slave contracts or collars in fantasy. After signing it, she would not be able to do anything to harm the shop or steal stuff. If she did, the contract would punish her.

bruh might as well be call Rip van Winkel.
"Well, that's weird." He grabbed his phone. Yep, only slept for a few hours...then why the flip was the city overgrown like a forest?! The panorama of the city he had seen and known for almost all his live was tinted with overwhelming green. Streets were covered in tall grass like a Savannah. Trees had broken through the constraints of concrete and structures. Houses and Buildings had been pierced, some actually collapsed because of trees that had skewered them. And almost every vertical surface seemed to have been covered in vines.

I think because he was able to eliminate the toxins and the inefficiencies in the recipe he is able to make pills that don't damage potential.
He gave them a True Awakening Pill each. He had been quite successful with his pill concoction and had a surplus of pills from the batch. He decided to pocket two for his parents.

If I understand correctly, Clara was never locked up in the church, she was always just at the school, probably just under heavy watch. I mean she was still a student, so she did have to go to classes.
She was not the only one like that, though. Andrea, Louise, and Clara had similar pouting and regretful expressions.

This poor guy, he didn't even get to finish when he was with Louise earlier, and now he's gotta deal with this. . . guy truly is the king of blue ballin
I looked at the adorable shy expression on Claire's face and shook my head. Then, I moved my lips towards her and pecked her lips softly.

It's entirely likely that even the author isn't sure what he just did. Sometimes you want something dramatic to happen, so you make it happen but leave the real consequences to be decided later when you have a better idea of what would be more interesting or useful. I do this sometimes, and usually it ends well.
"I wonder what the prince did to me… I have the feeling that I lost something very important, but I don't know what it is…"

That's gotta be one of the perks of living so long and having so many lives, just the sheer entertainment value your existence has for other people. Just imagine never running out of interesting and engaging stories.
From then, she always looked for me when she was bored. I patiently played with her each time and sometimes told her stories or songs I learned in my past lives.

I feel like that's kind of the point of doing a character like this. Using an "immortal" or "timeless" character like this one is usually done so you can abuse the concept and insert whatever knowledge and wisdom you want. Also, if you've lived that long, you have undoubtedly mastered the art if patience or you would just be utterly miserable.
Actually, after living through 708 lifetimes, I have enough patience to play with a child, so Lena quickly took a liking to me.

If I've learned anything from video games, namely Ocarina of Time and Sekiro, it's that chickens are a freakin menace.

Is this what the Dud manor is actually focused on? Every other manor has a specialty except for Dud. Is the magic of the heart some kind of lost art or is it seen as more of a metaphor?
“Joining us today are the First Years, who will start their magical education within the Academy’s walls,” Professor Rinehart stated. “The study of magic isn’t just about learning more powerful spells, and concocting potions. True Magic is the magic that comes from everyone’s hearts. For this is the unique magic that allows you to be different from the rest.
