Even though that's such a savage and rude rejection, she has a point, if I were her, I would've done the same. I mean, if he would've just picked it up out of nowhere then there's no effort and if there's none given effort of such, then that means he's just infatuated with you but doesn't like you. There's a difference between them. If someone likes you they'll put effort into their work just for you.
"Try growing up, I don't like it when guys are below my height level. Also, you can't just give me flowers you picked up out of nowhere, I saw this on the floor of Class 7-G last time, it even had someone's name on it. Try doing something else, maybe, not give me this cheap stuff? I'm expensive." she smiled forcefully, her nose wrinkled, his eyes widened amused, it's a rejection. The guy ran throughout the halls crying, tears falling on his pale cheeks, yelling.

I must say that this is veryyy intriguing! I feel nostalgia and doubts from the dude. He doesn't say his name and would want to be called‘Ice’, your parents must have given you such nice name but you picked that, I'm being sarcastic here, just noting so no one take it differently. Anyways, I like the author's attention to details. I'll be reading!
