Im sorry but the way i would have look at it was like this. 1) A great king needs TRUST WORTHY people. The king would not just let anyone find out about the problems. 2) King Kyle is a great king. 3) Would King Kyle (aka. The great king) make itso easy for mere nobles/officals/merchants to learn of situations that would pit the kingdon in bad spot? 4) The king would have his MOST TRUSTED people know of it in order to fix it. This thought process would used by someone who really believes that King Kyle is a Great King.
