Maybe I'm being greedy but what if he fused the Brimgan range with Cultivator Tertiary nature: Brimgan Cultivator Allows him to advance through the stages with each stage multiplying his range. This will max him out at 1.8 instead of 18 but it's a worthwhile tradeoff no?

Medusa, Uriel, Tina and some of her party members were paying close attention to her words, though most of Tina's group was panicking all over the intersection. "But there is evidence to support that clam. First, the cryptid looked like a regular human, only with pale skin, second its mouth was bloodied and the corpse was dry which means it drank its blood and finally, he was able to fully regenerate within seconds. Those are the most common features of vampires in the lore."

'Why am I thinking about her all of a sudden?' Uriel shook his head and got closer to the pygmy that was still attempting to kill the girl. While it was true that he had an orichalcum dagger, it didn't mean he knew how to fight with it, besides there was no need for that. Shooting a huge snake was far easier than aiming at a pygmy, but aim didn't matter if he was close enough. Magnum bullets were so destructive that after the point blank shot there wasn't much of the cryptid left and the flux orb appeared almost immediately. Uriel limped towards the woman who had just been stabbed and after confirming she wasn't in any life risk, he picked up the flux orb and crushed it absorbing its power.

Luna was cut short when the creature that was engaged in a brawl against what looked like a giant centipede noticed their presence and Uriel let go of the tiny student to take out his gun. The reptileish creature made quick work of the centipede and jumped to the nearest wall, sinking its claws on the concrete and cracking it, crawling across the walls like, well, like a lizard.

It was then, that the colonel's voice came out of the drones that were hovering around the crowd. "Good morning students, I am colonel Windfire and I'll be in charge of today's incursion." His words caused everyone to start murmuring. "I know, I know you're excited but keep in mind that this isn't a game. You could end up getting seriously injured. Now don't be scared, if you're not careless and follow my instructions nothing bad will happen." The group of about five hundred students in front of the colonel seemed to heave a sigh of relief at the same moment. They all felt reassured by his words that he accompanied with a confident smile.
