Yiyi how do you always write such interesting story? First, Elijah, an interesting and complex character that's a bit serious, then Kael'tar a cruel demon emperor from the Upper realm, that's a bit funny because of the situation he's in. I don't have anything to criticize about this (again) cause it's still early
Angst on the first chapter? love it! I've read the author's previous novel (A Song to Forget) that's why I'm here haha, I hope this won't be dropped please don't drop this masterpiece. ps: and it looks like this will be aan enemies to lovers hm...

Chapter 2 really got me off guard... I thought the story would proceed to her life as Leng Ruoxue. I didn't know the author would pull a stunt like flashback to her previous life... definitely 5.0
I'm absolutely loving it so far. The first chapters will make you cry, and that's even more better! Because you will know it's well-written. I absolutely like the character design
