To be honest even I wouldn't want go to a Magical School especially if it filled with children and teenagers. It only made worse it how the Magical World is at times.
Children can learn easier, but I have the mind of a teenager, and my feelings about school are mixed.

I say DxD is a better choice if you want to be more free range and not limited by location. Also the fact that HP would required going back to school unless given a buff/cheat to skip that option.
I wasn't opposed to a challenge, so I chose DxD. Harry Potter would require me to learn a whole new system of magic, which wouldn't be fun for a lazy person like me.

We had made a quick stop, from what I was now calling (Earth DxD-C), to Earth DxD to pick up Emma. She was a bit peeved at being left in the underworld for a few days, but at least she had effectively used that time to make numerous connections among the Fallen Angels. According to her, she had interviewed a lot of my siblings over the past few days for various positions at Fallcorp. A lot of them actually want to work for my company, as it turns out. I sometimes tend to forget how popular I am amongst all my siblings. Emma wasn't feeling up for any more adventures, so I directly portaled her back to Penemue's office.

Falling in love would delay one's cultivation. This was what he could not stand the most. His cultivation level was very low to begin with, and he did not have a Martial Monarch Realm father. Moreover, his background was also not good. If he did not work hard to cultivate and fell in love, wouldn't that be considered degeneration?
