eww, bro soy? really? do you guys even know what soy does to your testosterone ( male primary hormone )? Bro, I saw drastic results in my testosterone after completely eliminating soy from my diet ... It is not just a mindless conspiracy that there is something suspicious going on with it. with an animal-based product and eliminating things that have disastrous effects on testosterone...I finally saw an unrecognizable improvement in my height/tone of voice ( it's deep now) / muscles ... now effort feels good (I mean extremely good ) even in doing calisthenics in the park with a friend or lifting weights I'm really competitive. guys, the moral of the story is ... don't hurt yourself and your hormones with useless soy or soy products.
