I agree and I was really hoping he would show up to help her, but I also understand how he must feel about not being able to control his emotions properly for her, being after her would only make his mental state worse and so far from what we saw there is nothing Severus hates more than that. Although I don't discard the idea that he's been secretly watching with the Force that nothing serious happened to her, that would be nice.
