In this life though, there was no person in all of Sainan High who held a similar personality. The only one he felt comfortable to speak with normally was Mikado herself. Someone who treated him as a regular person, didn't pay attention to his past or other relationships and basically being the only true adult in this building.

Could also be an hybrid like Death Perception as well, since from what we saw Icarus' can analyze, handle and use the information he acquires from using his eyes.

If he can analyze them does that mean he can imitate/copy them as well...? (Of course if he has enough physical prowess) Kinda like the sharingan.
He could even apply it to combat, where he could easily identify and predict an opponent's next movements within the moment they enact them, whether that be through the faint twitch of their muscles or the momentary redirection of their eyes, and then analyze them before reacting instantaneously.

Talking with the man felt genuine, a conversation explored through a base of empathy and understanding, from a shared and relatable point of view. While the one with the Gods felt empty and disingenuous, like a charade made to accomplish a goal or to simply entertain themselves with.
