It seems there is more than one Empyruan Tusk herd. The Mammoth Clan inhabits only a singular herd of them, or perhaps there is different branches of the Mammoth Clan for every Empyruan Tusk herd.

This ravine spanned a width of five kilometres, one of the widest in the Dieng Canyon, forming one of the major roads of entry into the region, frequented by many, especially Empyrean Tusk herds.

Perhaps the soldiers could protect the nation better if you hadn't killed literally every leader they serve?
