man that is a very difficult question to answer as mostly their names are in Chinese. generally Chinese novels and fanfics are only good early to mid but after that it becomes trash and unreadable

In other words, any Zanpakutō Ailin replicated from his memories, even if their Shinigami hadn't completed releasing them yet, as long as they successfully birthed their Zanpakutō, what manifested in Ailin's world was their state over two hundred years later.

no pls don't make Minato into urahara in the ninja world for giving mc an opponent. no way is he comparable to urahara kisuke in terms of intelligence.

Minato Namikaze couldn't shake the unease that gnawed at him regarding Aizen. It wasn't based on any concrete evidence, but a deep-seated intuition. Perhaps it stemmed from his exceptional chakra perception, honed to a sharp edge by his uncanny reflexes in battle.

there is no end to naive fools who indulge in morality for their lack of talents

Suddenly, the sound of approaching footsteps drew everyone's gaze. Leading the way was a middle-aged ninja in the iconic Hokage attire – the Third Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi. Flanking him were three striking figures in their early twenties: A man in a beige kimono with long black hair, pale features, and snake-like earrings – Orochimaru, the future Sannin known for his unorthodox research.

A puff of smoke erupted, followed by the materialization of several glass vials filled with a crimson liquid. "Blood?!" The unmistakable crimson hue left no doubt about the substance's nature. "What kind of blood is this? An animal, or something more?" Aizen's eyes narrowed as he picked up a vial for closer inspection. A faint, unsettling familiarity wafted from the blood, a scent that vaguely echoed…"It can't be…" A jolt coursed through Aizen. "This… this feels strangely similar to Senju Nawaki's blood!"

finally a mc who isn't a dog in heat

However, such secrets couldn't be shared openly with Aizen. He could only offer vague warnings. "Thank you, Fugaku, I appreciate the heads-up," Aizen responded with a nod. Aizen, of course, understood the reason behind these precautions. Having witnessed Uchiha Fugaku leave, Aizen pondered, 'Uzumaki Kushina… the Nine-Tails Jinchuriki already, huh? It seems she's already encountered Namikaze Minato, just like in the original work. I wonder how long it'll take for their classic moonlight confession… well, that's none of my concern'.

translation???

Facing this dubious self-proclaimed "Dragon Role," Minato and Fugaku furrowed their brows in unison, their gazes fixated on the newcomer.

Aizen, however, held a different view. In his eyes, the supposed "immortality" some protagonists possessed was nothing but plot armor. Many would likely be dead without it. While he acknowledged that ninjas honed by war were undeniably formidable, he believed true strength came from steady, incremental progress, not just battlefield baptism.

nice, meaning all the hiding techniques in the ninja world become meaningless for him.

Here's the key: Reiryoku, a perception technique used by Shinigami in "Bleach" to sense souls and Hollows. This is the technique Aizen is attempting to utilize.

lol it's the 'safest' and the most dangerous place at the same time

'You mentioned that Aizen is part of Konohagakure, a village where ninjas are comrades. So why the paranoia?' Apparently, Aizen feels the need to be on guard against his own people!

yup finally. those fools who reincarnate in the Naruto world bring out susanoo in every little fight to show off and waste power.

Take the legendary battle between Uchiha Madara and Senju Hashirama from "Naruto." While their clash was visually spectacular, fueled by powerful chakra reserves, it wasn't exactly elegant. It was essentially a raw power struggle between two juiced-up chakra bodies, their flashy moves like "Susanoo" and "Thousand Hands" ultimately boiling down to a brawl.

This method might seem stupid, but that's the nature of science: there are no shortcuts. The sheer hard work and dedication behind seemingly simple scientific breakthroughs are far beyond what most people can imagine. They often oversimplify the achievements of scientists by attributing everything to mere genius.

basic knowledge. The dude literally has AIZEN'S memories. with his knowledge it wouldn't take long to figure such basic things out.

While dispelling a shadow clone returned its chakra to the main body, it wasn't without its own risks. The core connection between the clone and the user remained the soul. And while targeting souls proved difficult in the ninja world, Shinigami possessed a method for severing this connection – the simplest being a clean cut with a Zanpakuto.

he could use someone in need of power like his 'friend' give him this cultivation method in the form of a chance encounter to test out if it works. regardless of the result you only have one person to kill. if it fails he will turn into stone and die if it succeeded he could be used as a study material

Furthermore, there was no guarantee that the Shinigami method of absorbing spirit particles would seamlessly translate to absorbing natural energy in the ninja world. While it appeared promising initially, Aizen, burdened by the memories of his past life, wasn't willing to take such a gamble.

maybe in pure land they do?

But did such "spirit particles" even exist in the ninja world?

yes no doubt about that BUT he doesn't have Aizen's powers only memories. granted with Aizen's intellect it wouldn't take him time to reach the apex of this low level ninja world. it's up to the author on how much he can bring out Aizen's character.

"Is this truly Kyoka Suigetsu?" Aizen held the katana across his chest, a hint of elation flickering in his eyes as he traced the gleaming blade. With Kyoka Suigetsu, he possessed a measure of self-preservation in this cutthroat world of ninja.

yes

In theory, chakra functioned similarly to spiritual power, potentially substituting for Reiryoku.
