That'd be so OP in wars, The weaker ninja could send their chakra to the strongest to keep them in the battle longer and keep them from tiring out too fast. I have a feeling that Fujin will have his operatives do this with him during the 4th Great Ninja War to keep him in the battle with sage mode and his wind domain.
