Xing Bi's attack was too shallow and the hobgoblin still has a few hp left, therefore it still managed to move but because of the hole on it's neck, it bleeds to death.
Ruogang stares at the hobgoblin as she wonders if it will move again, however even after Xing Bi defeated the other one, the hobgoblin didn't move.
