This was too sad and the first time a written story made me 😭

The quests are just things he would be doing anyway. All it does is put it in the form of a quest while giving him a reward for it. The penalties are also not really from system.

This chapter made me feel like the mc is weak minded and controlled by their emotions and I really don't like stories like that so I'm dropping this.

I hope he find the tomb soon and I also hope the mc isn't some goody two shoes that saves everyone they see.

Also some kind of really strong jewelry accessory on his ear/ears. Maybe it grants him strong resistance towards his weakness which I believe is light magic or holy magic.

Very good story so far and a suggestion I have is an ability to get stronger as his subordinates do like having them marked in the soul or something where if they gain power he also gains that or gains a part of what they gain.

Amazing start and I'm not sure about the spider choice but at least they're not an angel, I'm tired of everyone making their mc choose that so you get points for being unique

A cool npc would be wobbuffet the pokemon but human incarnated, able to reflect any attack with double or more power with the destiny bond skill in someway but better.

His scales should have a high magic resistance trait because dragons are normally strong in magic and extremely resistant to magic damage.

Npc suggestion: Ken Kaneki starting race is zombie then the advancement of zombie somewhere along the line ends up as ghoul but much stronger and better abilities than in the anime or ghoul could be a different advancement line in the vampire race or come up with a ghoul character yourself with inspiration from Tokyo Ghoul Hogwarts monster guardian could be a phoenix with the fire teleportation like in Harry Potter with many other flame like abilities with crazy regeneration.

Not sure who it should be but for the torturer(please don't rake only female suggestions into consideration) they should not only be a torturer or if they are make a separate npc for locking prisoners up or like a warden presiding over a prison(could be its own floor that isn't normally accessible but make the warden npc specialise in capturing and keeping people/monsters locked up and keeping beings in certain places like cells not sure what the build for an npc like that would be but they could be heavily buffed in a prison or something. Also for the pokemon suggestion thing, in the pokemon show there are little things that are wrong with them or "weaknesses" you could say, you could just modify them so they don't have it or lessen it idk. Also I strongly recommend Latios and Latias for you to make because they have good abilities and you can make them even stronger. Not for a crazy suggestion during the long time skip you said you wanted to do you could make a whole crazy large floor filled with pokemon like the actual pokemon world, idk how that would be possible but that has just been on my mind for a cool idea for a while and I just thought if I didn't share it I would be mad at myself. The pokemon would have authority over stuff like "rules". I was just imagining the mc putting some random person from another world into that floor and just watching what they would do in it(they wouldn't be able to just kill a whole bunch of pokemon because of Zygarde and his watching).

Hey author idk if you know pokemon but for custom monsters can you make one or more legendary pokemon npcs like mew, celebi, jirachi etc they could also have human forms,and if you do give them human forms pls don't make them all female.

Author should make an npc to guard the treasury of nazarick instead of pandoras actor and make another thief npc to collect treasures for the mc like catwoman or something idk
