I left the council chambers to go find the man I had encountered only a short while ago. Thinking of him brought up a sense of curiosity as well as sorrow in me. His long, silky, raven-coloured hair and his ruby-red eyes seemed to be dulled by self-loathing but still had sparks of wild fury burning deep within them. He was the first man I had ever met, but he was much more complicated than I could even express. He was a melting pot of negative emotions. From what I could see, everything from remorse to sorrow burned in him, but the thing that burned the brightest was his wrath. I could see it clearly in his eyes. He had dedicated himself solely to the path of vengeance.

stuff needs to actually happen ur getting lost in all the powers which are cool but we need to get a move on. Also doesn't he have wings to fly? u just forget that he has wings and horns?(u can't keep his goals or plans from the reader if ur this slow paced coz that's gonna be the only thing keeping people around). Also by the time his body matures i think he's the same age as Scarlet witch so nice.

the level diff dmg reduction thing is actually pretty bad for ur power system it just straight up ignores the other part of ur power system which is stats. An enemy 4 lvls above someone should never be pretty much invulnerable

ur writing is pretty amateurish it's clear that pretty much nothing is planned no plots/idea of where ur going, fights are badly choreographed, power scaling unclear, MC agency/goal is unclear, dialogue is amateur and incosnsistent one moment it's fine the next its short to the point and robotic and whatever u want to happen just happens. Point is don't start a story if u have no idea what the story is going to be plan things ffs gl👍
