Unpopular opinion I think one of the strongest Venerable is Primordial Origin Immortal Venerable not only fought against Peak Variant Humans and also build lasting HC no Demon Venerable could wreck chaos inside HC but only build a "path". Also people like Duke Long decided to use Qi path as they main path and even FY for a while had the upper hand thanks to Qi Ancestor and PO half inheritance
Besides, the Venerable he thinks is possibly responsible for this, despite having Demon in his name, is one of the Venerables with the most honorable and fair attitude among them; this is, of course, Thieving Heaven, the most famous and powerful otherworldly demon this world has ever seen.

it depends of you heaven and earth qi and human qi quantity the more you absorb the stronger the tribulation and the longer you re defenseless, also during ascension your mind is open to heaven and you can create recipes or modify them to create immortal gu so it really depends. Also help someone pass a tribulation can damage if not destroy the immortal gu of the helper so hypothetically if you are an extreme physiques with at least master/quasi grandmaster in 1+path have experience of the world (that means live for long) and have at least a rank 8 gu immortal that is ready for the eventuality of his immortal gu damaged and destroyed I think you can aim to at least a minimum of 4-5 to a maximum of 6-7 it really depends

Theorically soul path can strongly emulate Enslavment, Refining, Wisdom and Dream paths since you can "burn" your soul Dao marks to boost temporary Dao marks like for example sacrifice 1000 soul Dao marks to have the effect of 500 wisdom Dao marks. Ofc you should have a method to regain the lost Dao marks like the 3 secluded domains of soul path or food path gu
