I think it may be cool for the six eyes to only manifest in one of his eyes and he covers it with the eyepatch thing from RoR (Record of Ragnarok) rather than have both and cover both eyes with a Blindfold
Of course, there are amazing powers you get from a fully evolved Sharingan but it was just overused. The Six Eyes allow for almost perfect energy usage and that is something Hades is interested in. Apart from all the other benefits it brings, like experiencing one moment like it was one full minute long.
