Indeed they do, the nomus and the high ends had potential to be far better than the spinner in the final war arc as well as be of help to the villains in their plan. Even mirko and endeavor got trash around almost getting killed if it wasn’t plot armor and being the fan favorite characters.
But in this story the nomus will play a bigger role and pose a threat to the heroes as well as the MC himself.

I am not very fond of godlike abilities or powers it is tempting but i feel like only those with no parental figure will actually choose that just to feel better about themselves and get what they couldn't get in their depressives lives.
