Thanks for your comment. I named the chapters how I did so potential readers knew what they were getting into right off the bat. I'm working on a cut down version, about half the length, which I'll probably release after I've finished the first book.

Okay, I'll start with a no-spoilers answer. George doesn't have as much freedom as it may appear in these early chapters. There are simply things he can and can't do due to an unforeseen force limiting his choices. Now for the spoiler answer. George is in servitude to his patron, an individual who had raised George since he was a baby. 'The patron' has forced George to re-enter the real world and wants him to complete 'the mission'. Since 'the patron' and 'the mission' are not yet explained in the later chapters, I'll not be going into any further detail.

In preparation for this novel, I spent 3 months writing drafts for the first 100 chapters. The upload schedule will no longer be daily when the story reaches the start of November.

The first 37 chapters are mostly spent introducing the new characters and locations, I don't blame you if you're getting bored. If it's any consolation, George will be arriving at Hogwarts around chapter 42.
