He also gave him the runes and the knowledge about runes which is a great help and one of his trump card. And don't forget El's blessing which is too overpowered for current Azariah. El is the perfect cheat for Azariah not only in the sense of giving Azariah powers but also as a moral and emotional support. I'd agree with you if this was just another op hero deals them all but each and every character here has some problems of their own and Azariah has the most of it. So, personally an OP cheat wouldn't do good for this novel.This is a dark themed novel while it may not be at the Level of Re Zero and Berserk certainly it's too dark,the story just hasn't progressed that much.The op cheats and op MC will only ruin the theme and Don't forget Azariah himself is OP if not for his Body condition .
