If it was politoad instead of poliwrath, you could create a unique evo process for it with the kings rock then Alex could add it to the list of secret water type evos like with kingdra.

I thought Uzushiogakure was destroyed when Kushina was a child so MC can presumably only be like 5 or so years younger than her at the most, which would make him younger than Minato but definitely older than Kakashi...
