Yeah I don’t know what powerful country he is talking about because the only powerful Asian country around this time period is Japan. Also yes the Ming Dynasty is seriously week and corrupt around this time which is why it split up it real life and China would not be considered a powerful country for another around 40 to 50 years. Just a heads up 2.5 tons is way to light for all the things that you said was on this tank a more realistic weight would be 25 to 20 tons. I mean even the small Renault FT tank had a weight of 6.5 tons and only had two crew members operating it and lighter armour of 8mm and a smaller main gun and it is still heavy than the tank you are describing. So just a heads up.
The entire tank weighs approximately 2.5 tons and can accommodate four crew members. In addition to the crew, it can carry two circular ammunition bags with 1,200 rounds of machine gun ammunition, 28 shells, and the weapons of the four crew members.

I think he should remove that decimal and it should be 25 tons and not 2.5 which sounds more realistic.
