As for having same price diff ratings. ranking is based on combat of the world, op is higher. The price is same due to the versatility of the naruto characters. Sure one piece has df but u can only consume 1. In op, physical strength, haki, df, martial arts and weapon. That’s all u have. Naruto there is so much more so mc went that path.
