He could have stolen that from anyone. Dragon souls are immortal and they get reborn after deatg but not necessarily with the same body. Someone could have killed a dragon and it's body would just chill there. This is only my understanding, if I'm wrong please correct me so that I also know.
Reading the item descriptions provided by the system, Wayne realized that all the rewards he received were forcibly taken by the system from other worlds, essentially stolen. Both the blood collection bottle and the dragon scale have their original owners. Although the former owner is dead, the latter, taken as a trophy from a slain dragon, made Wayne feel a twinge of guilt. When someone who has just killed a dragon and collected loot finds that their loot has suddenly been lost, they must be quite disappointed.

Please note that the author said that 10 arch wizards is 10% of the Thalmor's strongest or incredibly strong forces. I Just want to try and keep up with the number, they keep changing.

I can't keep up with the way the author is making up numbers. First Olga had 2 000 people, suddenly she had 3 000. I dont know anymore.
The fake wall fill on those who tried to seek shelter behind it killing over a thousand and injuring many. Now the attackers were open to a dozen of new dangers.

Jull doesn't seem to be the best scout. She keeps activating traps or gets caught while sneaking and Jon has to clean it up.
Time passed and the place was really hard to proceed through, in every corner there were draugrs and they were truly relentless. Jon broke two maces during his fight alone and had to use Magic to end it. He was mostly saving some of his power for detecting around the traps and for the final fights and emergencies but it wasn't really working out well. Jon had to take a trap for Jullanar who activated it without noticing. His arm with full with poison needles that came from the wall nearby.

This is the stupidest joke I have read thus far in this book and I love it.
The problem with making deals with the Ideal Masters is because of how it ends. Those who make such dumb deals always end up swallowed by the Ideal Masters in the end. Even their name rhymes with Innocent Insurance Company or Kind Loan Sharks.
