I’m not familiar unfortunately but I do know there are secrets of powers within the blood which he has the potential to manipulate. He could remove powers from others or give powers to others with enough understanding of his own blood manipulation
To be honest adding malificent to the harm would be pretty cool but only if it was a slow burn and written well. Even with the current setup it COULD work. I’d imagine it would be a hassle though
