Entering the academy is not going to happen any time soon. I still have a year or two to wait for that. So maybe I should train my body a little bit by running, I don't want to push myself too hard knowing that all the efforts will probably be wasted if I will do time travel. Also training the body at such a young age to much will likely be harmful.
