I agree, I’ve seen it referenced in different ways too which makes me even more confused 🤔

It had both a local wizard tower and a local Knight Order. Moreover, not only was its climate perfect but it was also situated right next to the system.

It’s on specially designed paper for magic that has its own mechanisms embedded. They’d have to fully understand all that before they could. I’m sure the theory would be easy enough to transfer. But the practical would be much harder. Deculein has specific abilities that allow him to pull apart and understand stuff like this but I’m not sure how many other people do.

Through that procedure, the auctioneer would be able to ascertain that only the buyer themselves could solve the paper. It was a simple but efficient security mechanism, and it was the foundation of the magical rights system.
