Straight for the kill… to test how strong his benefactor is. May be another CP?
Wu Zhong raised an eyebrow even as he darted swiftly back out the window. It wasn't that surprising that this northern prince was well-versed in combat, given the adeptness his sister had flaunted at the autumn hunt sparring competition. However, Wu Zhong hadn't expected his senses to be this keen or his reflexes to be that quick, for that matter, pinpointing Wu Zhong's location and launching into an attack without any of the useless preamble people caught unawares by assassins and spies tended to indulge in. Instead of asking Wu Zhong to show himself or to explain why he was trespassing, he went in straight for the kill.

The prince intuition is correct… Liu Yao’s silent is the wrath. The prince can kiss his chance of inheriting the throne goodbye now bc Liu Yao sees through him. He would have been in a better position if he were lectured.
Somehow, this made Liu Wei feel even worse.

Asking for a friend right? Lol
Using the last of his self-restraint, he patted the girl's head before, as gently as possible, pushing her away. As soon as he was free he strode over to his cabin before slamming the door harshly like his father owned IKEA. If he breaks the door his father would replace it at a snap of a finger.

After Mingyu and Qingyun determined where each gift should go, each servant came to take the gifts from the messengers and hoisted them into their respective storage locations.
